The Beginning: The Material
We work exclusively with high-quality polyester cord in 3 mm and 5 mm thicknesses. The material is durable, easy to care for, and weather-resistant, making it ideal for bags that truly get used in everyday life. Each color is carefully selected to ensure it remains timeless and easy to coordinate.
Crocheting: Handcrafted Stitch by Stitch
Every bag is made entirely by hand. No machines, no assembly lines—just a hook, cord, and patience. Depending on the model, a bag takes between two and eight hours to complete. We pay close attention to even stitches, sturdy seams, and a clean finish.
Quality Control
Before a bag is photographed and added to the shop, we inspect it thoroughly: Is the shape sturdy? Are all the handles securely attached? Does the color match the photos? Only those that pass this test receive the MaDu Bags stamp.
